At Pit Boss, we stand behind our high-performance grills and accessories with a commitment to your total satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pit Boss account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, components, and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger pellet grills.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
